What is an Online Statement?

An Online Statement is an electronic version of your account statement you receive with in the mail today. You can view and print your statement right from your computer. Online Statements allows you to receive your statement faster, and reduce clutter by eliminating your paper statement.

Is there a fee for Online Statements?

No. There is no fee to review your statements online.

How do I sign up for Online Statements?

Log in to Online Banking. Select Online Statements and follow the prompts.

How do I know when my statement is available?

Each month you will receive an email notification once the statement is ready for viewing. The email will not contain the statement; you will need to log in to Online Banking in order to view your statement.

When I enroll in Online Statements, will all my statements be viewable?

Yes. Once enrolled in Online Statements you will receive a separate notification for each statement.

What is the difference between Online Banking transaction activity and Online Statements?

Transaction activity within Online Banking displays recent and past account activities for up to 90 days. Online Statements is a free feature of Online Banking, which allows you to view the exact image of your paper statements online. You will have up to 12 months of statement history beginning with your most recent statement. They may be printed or saved for record keeping.

Do I need special software in order to view my statement?

To view your Online Statement your computer will need to have Adobe Reader 5.0.

What if I need a copy of my statement?

Statements can be easily printed at any time from your personal computer.

Do I have to enroll in Online Banking to see my Online Statement?

Yes. To access and sign up for Online Statements, you need to be enrolled in Online Banking. Online Banking is free and enrollment is easy.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an online statement?

No, once you enroll in Online Statements you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.

How much Online Statement history is available?

Up to 12 months of statements are available online.

What if I want to cancel receiving Online Statements?

You may cancel Online Statements at any time. If you no longer wish to receive Online Statements and want to go back to receiving them by mail, you can by following these simply steps: (1) log in to McGraw Hill Employees Federal Credit Union's Online Banking, (2) select "Options," (3) select "Online Statement Options," (4) select "Receive Monthly Paper Statement" (5) click the "Change Online Statement Option" button, and (6) wait for the confirmation message. This change needs to be made at least one week prior to the next statement cycle.

What if I change my email address?

You can update all information by clicking on "User Options" within Online Banking. Email address changes must be made within 30 days of the next statement.

What if I discover an error on my statement?

If you see any errors or unauthorized activity on your statement, contact our Member Care Team immediately at 1-800-226-6428, option 5.
