Our mission has always been to help our members live healthier financial lives through quality products, convenient services, competitive rates, and an unparalleled member experience. Our current systems have been around for quite some time, so it's time for an update! During the weekend of February 16, we’ll be undergoing a major system upgrade to bring you greater value via enhanced services and improved product offerings. As part of our continued commitment to the safety and soundness of your personal information, the upgrade will include even more robust security and privacy protection systems.

Our team has been preparing for this upgraded system over the last year. Most changes will take place behind the scenes, but there will be some short-term service interruptions. Please know we are committed to making the upgrade as seamless as possible for you. Thank you in advance for your patience.


 

Your Membership Enhancements

   
Enable more account alerts to keep you up-to-date on balances, transactions, payments, and more.   Access 18 months of account history and monthly account statements.  

Log in to your accounts at any time with no offline or end-of-month system maintenance. 

What You Should Know

  • Your account number, debit and/or credit card, and Personal Identification Number (PIN) will remain the same
  • The system upgrade will take place between 5 p.m. Friday, February 16 and 8 a.m. Tuesday, February 20
  • Your debit and/or credit cards will continue to work as usual over the weekend
  • Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking will not be available during the upgrade
  • Home equity, HELOC, and line of credit statements will be included with regular monthly statements beginning March 2018
  • Share Certificate statements will be updated to monthly statements instead of quarterly
  • As add added security measure, Shared Branching transactions over $5,500 cash will require credit union approval
