Important Information About Opening a New Account: To help our government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires a financial institution to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person when opening a new account. What does this mean for you? When you open a new account, we will ask your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will help us to identify you. We may also ask to see some type of positive identification.
This form utilizes the latest in message encryption technology, which ensures that your information is processed securely.
Credit union membership is open to employees of our Employer Groups and immediate family of existing McGraw-Hill FCU members. If you do not meet either of these criteria, you are still encouraged to join by making a one-time donation of $10 to the VOICE Foundation – a non-profit organization committed to providing financial literacy programs, scholarship awards, and outreach activities to improve our community.
All of the terms, conditions, form of account ownership, account selection and other information indicated on this application apply to all of the accounts listed unless the Credit Union is notified in writing of a change.
